Come make, do and play at our drop-in creativity table. With materials and prompts to doodle, colour, stitch and build - whether you think you are creative or not, there is something for everyone. Join us every Thursday in café spaces around King’s campuses to take a creative break, meet new people and try something new.

These sessions will also be attended by student ambassadors from King’s Campus Conversations and KCLSU’s Positive Peers, to encourage and facilitate meaningful conversations which support your wellbeing and resilience.

This session part of Rise Festival for World Mental Health Day with the KCLSU Student-Led Wellbeing Forum.

Creativity for wellbeing fact:
Creating art and craft encourages the creation of new neurons, which promote focus and concentration for learning. Being creative can also provide a distraction, giving your brain a break from your usual thoughts, which can help reduce stress.

Make Do Play is produced by the university's Culture team for the King's Cultural Community. This session is hosted by Project X supported by KCLSU Wellbeing.
