This creative, contemporary dance workshop is open to all King's students and delivered by world-class dance conservatoire Trinity Laban. Participants will be guided through a warm-up, followed by a series of creative-task-based activities ending with a cool down to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Whether you’ve always danced or always wanted to dance, this class is designed to get you moving and having fun.

Please be sure to bring a drink bottle and come dressed in clothing that you are comfortable moving in.

This session part of Rise Festival for World Mental Health Day with the KCLSU Student-Led Wellbeing Forum.

Creativity for wellbeing fact:
Research has shown creative dance can release endorphins, reduce stress and improve full-body coordination.

Make Do Play is produced by the university's Culture Team for the King's Cultural Community. This session is delivered by Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance and hosted by Project X supported by KCLSU Wellbeing.
