To celebrate ‘University Mental Health Day’, KCLSU’s Positive Peers will run a creative workshop where participants will explore negative emotions using visual art or creative writing and will focus on positive emotions by creating paper flowers together to form our very own flourishing garden of emotions.

During discussions, students can share as much or as little as you would like to – the focus being self-expression through artistic activities and expression.

Beginners are welcome, no artistic experience of knowledge is required. All materials provided. All King’s students are welcome.
