The Denmark Hill Community Garden is set to celebrate its 1st year anniversary with a Family and Friends Open Day. 

The garden will open its doors for the first time to non-King’s guests (must be accompanied by a King’s member of staff or student) who can partake in family-friendly craft activities, eat a delicious lunch and enjoy the garden. 

Whilst the event is free, we are asking King’s staff and students to register via this form so we can keep an eye on catering. We will have facilitated craft activities, appropriate for children and adults alike, including: 

• Painting the donor’s wall
• Finger-painting bumble bees
• Collaging using our gardening magazines

These activities will run from 11.00 – 12.00 followed by a lunch, with vegetarian and vegan options. People can stay in the Garden after the event finishes (roughly 12.00).
