‘Has Eastern Europe really turned away from liberal democracy?’
That’s the theme for a new joint-symposium taking place at King’s College London in March, with a series of workshops and discussions planned to explore the question.
The symposium is a collaboration between the Department of Political Economy at King’s and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It is scheduled to take place from 9-10 March.
The two-day programme will feature talks from academics and opportunities for open discussion, with the Hodgkin Building, at Guy’s Campus, set to play host.
Events on 9 March begin at midday in classroom 07, with the schedule getting under way at 09.30 on 10 March in classroom 10.
The event is open to anyone from King’s College who would like to attend. Admission is free.
Hodgkin Building can be found at Guy's Campus, London, SE1 1UL.
