Delivered by: Healthier Working Lives (John Mathers and Tali Cahani) and THE LENS (Steve McCreadie)

Intrapreneurship harnesses the creativity, insights, and expertise of the people within organisations, creating opportunities to develop employees and their ideas, creating space, permission and sponsorship to make their ideas a reality.

This workshop will help you answer key questions leaders are asking. What if there was a way to stimulate innovation to enhance performance and empower your inter-generational workforce? What if there was a way to activate a community of Change-Makers who'll inspire and influence others?

Join this workshop, if you’d like to know how an empowering intrapreneurial culture impacts recruitment, retention, effectiveness and inter-generational well-being as we explore ways in which an intrapreneurial culture can be identified, nurtured, and implemented in your organisation today.

This workshop is part of the event: 'Supporting Healthy Work: ageing, mid-life MOTs and the responsible business - Edinburgh'.

Speakers

John Mathers, former CEO of the Design Council and Enterprise lead on the Healthier Working Lives for older care workers programme

Steve McCreadie, CEO of The Lens who advises public and private sector organisations on how to power innovation through intrapreneurship.
