Whether you're studying to become a midwife or you're thinking about the next step in your midwifery career, join this live video to hear from Dame Cathy Warwick as she walks us through her career progression and shares practical tips on how you can succeed in healthcare.

Professor Warwick began her career at Edinburgh University in 1975 before working as a midwife across a variety of clinical settings in hospitals and in the community. She soon progressed to senior posts in midwifery education and in the NHS. Until September 2017, she was the CEO of the Royal College of Midwives. Today, she a non-executive Director at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust, Chair of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service and a visiting professor at Kings College London and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. For her services to healthcare, she was awarded a CBE and DBE.
