How to… Adjust to Life and Work Abroad
Join us for the second ‘How to…’ event of the 2025-26 academic year, hosted by the King’s Alumni Relations Team. This is your chance to hear directly from King’s alumni about how to get ahead in your career.
In this session, we will discuss what to consider when deciding if an international career is right for you. Our panel of King's alumni will explore how to adjust to a new working environment and culture, how to feel at home in a new country, and how to apply your previous experience and skills in a new setting.
About our speakers
We will hear from King's alumni who have forged international careers following their time at King's. They have either moved overseas after growing up and studying in the UK, or remained in the UK after coming to London for their degree.
