Catherine Dale is the Programme Director for Patient Safety and Experience at the Health Innovation Network. Catherine has worked in improving quality in healthcare for over 15 years.

In this seminar she will examine the different lenses through which the quality of healthcare can be improved: efficiency, experience and safety. She will draw on her personal reflections and experience of carrying out improvement work in each of these domains. She will also share her views on which is the most important – which she hopes will lead to some interesting discussion. Catherine is the co-lead for the national patient safety collaborative programme enhancing reliable care for deteriorating patients. She is an expert in the quality improvement methodology Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD) and developed the EBCD toolkit.

These seminars are open to anyone interested in implementation and improvement. There is no need to book a place.
