You are invited to join the International Relations Career Challenge (IRCC) - a unique program for young professionals willing to build a career in the international development field, including the United Nations, the World Bank and other development and humanitarian agencies. You will participate in practical assignments and workshops to expand the professional network with high level speakers, get decision-making hands-on experience in real international developmental assignments,and receive application and interview coaching from the senior HR specialists from the leading organisations worldwide. What is the International Relations Career Challenge?

The International Relations Career Challenge is a 5-day intensive training course for young professional swilling to work in the international development organisations worldwide. It is designed to provide attendees with practical experience, applicable skills and professional network to start their career.

What will I learn at the International Relations Career Challenge?

During the 5-day intense program you will apply your theoretical knowledge gained during your academic studies, in individual and group exercises that aim to simulate every-day activities in international organisations. You will also gain genuine hands-on experience of different professional roles and get a chance to determine your own career strategy to enter the international relations area.

In addition, the course will help you to build substantive knowledge of the leading international organisations and major trends on the global development agenda. It will also teach you vital negotiation,public speaking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, research and communication skills.

What are the outcomes of the International Relations Career Challenge?
