Launch Webinar: Introducing the TAPIE Toolkit to Support Inclusive Public Health Communication

Please join us for a webinar introducing the TAPIE toolkit – a new resource designed to support inclusive public health communication during communicable disease outbreaks.
Co-developed by King’s College London, Birmingham City University and the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), in collaboration with national, regional and local partners, the TAPIE toolkit offers a structured approach to tailoring messages for diverse communities. Designed for integration into policy and practice, as part of the suite of tools available on the GOV.UK Communicable Disease Outbreak Management Guidance landing page, the TAPIE toolkit offers actionable strategies to build trust, foster inclusive partnerships, and empower communities that can be used to support strategic planning, workforce development and service delivery.
This session is particularly relevant for public health professionals, policy makers, service leads and communicators responding to communicable disease outbreaks. It will guide participants through the toolkit’s key components, explore its practical applications, and share insights from its development. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to embed TAPIE principles into their practice to deliver inclusive, accessible and impactful messaging during outbreaks.
