During this 8 week Code First Girls programme, you will participate in a series of practical classes that will help you gain the skills and tools you need to create and publish your own website. You will gain an in-depth introduction to coding, how websites work, and the developer community, all while being surrounded by other passionate women student entrepreneurs. Over the series of weekly 2 hour courses, you will cover HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, UX, Github, and more.

Who should apply?
Female-identifying and non-binary King's students with no previous experience in web development, interested in learning how to code and creating their own website. All you need is a working laptop.

In addition to 16 hands-on hours of learning about coding and web development, you will also get the opportunity to connect with other aspiring women entrepreneurs interested in the tech world. You will also receive a Code First Girls certificate and credentials for your CV.
