Recent “Test and Trace” programmes have raised growing concerns over data protection and personal privacy in the wake of the global pandemic. The aim of these controversial programmes is to help us navigate the difficult return to normal life, but a what cost? Recent events have made the topic of privacy even more relevant.

As part of our King’s Experts Series, join our panellists Mr Perry Keller and Professor Roger Brownsword from King’s Law School as we delve into some of the potential implications of these programmes and how our data is being handled in an increasingly digital landscape.

Have a question for the panel? Tune in live on Zoom or submit your questions in advance to alumnievents@kcl.ac.uk.

The King's Experts Series is a new series of webinars exclusively for King's alumni. Each month, you’ll have opportunity to tune in live, ask questions and hear from some of our leading academics, researchers and practitioners on some of the most important issues of our time. Visit our YouTube channel to watch past events.

Please note: your details will be passed onto the Alumni Office, who will hold your details to personalise your supporter experience. For information on how we use your details please see our privacy statement.
