We’re excited to be visiting New York City, and we hope to see you at our flagship alumni event at The Cornell Club. Join us in reconnecting with King's and your fellow alumni on 30 April 2024, at 18.30.

The event will also end with an alumni mixer, where you can have a drink and catch up with old friends, reminisce about your time in London and make new contacts.

If you plan to bring a guest, please add a Guest ticket.
Only two guests tickets per alumnus/a can be reserved. If you need more tickets for guests, please contact the Alumni Office directly at alumnievents@kcl.ac.uk.
If you plan to purchase a baseball cap please note this also counts as your ticket for the event – an additional ticket is not necessary. The price only covers the cost of the cap (including your alumni discount) – the Alumni Office receive no profit from this purchase.

Speaker: Professor Marion Thain, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities
This is a fantastic opportunity to hear the latest news from King's, and to hear from Professor Marion Thain on how King’s is helping to build a future where we can live well with technology. Professor Thain will discuss how King's aims to address questions of ethics and responsibility through interdisciplinary research and initiatives including the Digital Futures Institute (which combines expertise in arts and humanities with other disciplines to forge a better relationship between the individual and technology) and the Creative AI Lab.
Professor Thain is also Professor of Culture and Technology at King’s. Her fields of teaching expertise include modern poetry, literature, culture and technology.
