The first event in a series of Pecha Kucha networking evenings as part of the 2021 King's x Somerset House Studios scheme.

The event will feature online Pecha Kucha presentations from King’s researchers and Somerset House Studios artist residents, speaking to the theme of Speculative Fictions and Systems.

The Pecha Kucha series is an opportunity for those interested in the collaborative scheme that supports five new £5,000 funded R&D projects, to get to know the work of a selection of King's academics and Studios artists in more detail, providing an insight into some of the areas of interest and exploration at the heart of their research and practices.

King’s researchers (including PhDs and Post Docs) from the Arts & Sciences faculties interested in presenting a Pecha Kucha should contact Huw Thomas at Somerset House.

The event is free to attend, and open to King’s academics and PhD students and Somerset House Studios residents.
