Title: ‘How to get published in Law and Philosophy'

Event abstract: Have you wondered what the editors at journals such as Law and Philosophy are looking for? If you’d like to find out, two of the journal’s associate editors, Lorenzo Zucca and Alec Walen, will host an online event to offer general advice and to answer your questions.

Speaker biographies

Alec Walen is a Professor of Law, Philosophy and Criminal Justice at Rutgers University. He writes on the foundation of moral rights, just war theory, and criminal law theory, with a focus on issues ranging from the trolley problem, to standards of proof, to risk and aggregation. He has taught in Germany at the Universität Heidelberg and the Philosophisches Institut, RWTH Aachen, and has been a fellow in the KORSE Project at Universität Freiburg.

Lorenzo Zucca is Professor in Law & Philosophy. He has studied and worked in Milan, Paris, Oxford, Florence and New York before moving to London. Lorenzo's special interests span from human rights law and philosophy to constitutional theory, with a focus on the relation between Church and State.
