Learn how to analyse your Omics and NGS data sets - using Qlucore Omics Explorer

Qlucore empowers biologists and bench scientists to easily visualise and analyse large numerical data sets such as Gene expression (RNA-seq and microarrays), DNA methylation,miRNA, Proteomics, Metabolomics and Flow Cytometry data.

The training includes the following hands-on exercises:

1. Import data and annotations with Wizard
2. User interface and PCA plot
3. Synchronized PCA plot and heatmap – export heatmap
4. t-test – interactive plots – export variable list
5. Box plot
6. Linear regression test and Scatter plot
7. Covariate elimination and paired t-test
8. Exploratory Data Analysis - PCA (networks & variance filtering) Isomap and 2D t-SNE plot

Intro to Qlucore NGS module (0.5 hours, 4.30 pm – 5.00 pm)

1. Set up a project for genome analysis. Pre-process RNA-seq data (BAM files)
2. The Qlucore Genome Browser – using filters to find mutations
