Ms Anisha Franklin is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and sworn in with the Paris Bar.
Since graduating from King's College London in 2014 with a LLB with Transnational Legal Studies, Anisha has developed an expertise in international trade, currently focusing on asset, export backed and tax leveraged financings and investments across all sectors of the industry (cargo, cruise, logistics etc) and cross-border dispute resolution.
She is currently a senior counsel at the world's largest shipping company, having previously worked at international law firm HFW on matters spanning from mitigating the risks of casualties at sea to structuring sustainable financings and advancing the decarbonisation targets of the industry.
Anisha will return to King’s to provide insights into an industry that is often off the radar but so critical to our global economy and the way we live and interact.
