Join photographer and arts educator Bella Okuya for a fun and creative workshop, using photography and creative writing to reflect on 2020 and set some positive intentions for 2021! This accessible and thoughtful workshop will involve connecting with others, learning some basic photography skills and creating images at home. No experience or technical knowledge needed, just bring your phone.
Materials/tools/what to bring: your phone camera; four photographs which represent 2020 to you; and a 2-4 goals or positive intentions that you'd like to take forward into 2021
About
Bella is a photographer and educator based in South London specialising in socially engaged documentary practice. Her work includes portraits, performance, documentary and contemporary art photography. She founded and manages a documentary collective called Red Rolled and Seen.
She has a BA in English Literature, a PGCE from the University of London and a City & Guilds Diploma in Photo-Image Making.
