Join us for a very special presentation of Neil Bartlett, author of Address Book, at Queer@King's.
MAKING HISTORY
Neil Bartlett published his first book about queer history way back in 1988, and made his first theatre piece about queer history even earlier in 1983. What's more, he's still at it, exploring the conversation between the queer past and the queer present in new works like his recent novel Address Book and the contribution he made to Duckie's 2021 performance spectacular Princess. In this highly personal presentation, a leading queer artist wonders out loud about what has changed in our re-imaginings of our history over the past thirty years - and about what maybe needs to change next.
