We all know how sitting at a desk for hours can make us feel stiff and tired. Fortunately, there are simple exercises we can do to feel better!

In this virtual workshop, Wellness Coach Darius will take you through easy exercises you can do right at your desk. Whether you have aches and pains or just want to stay healthy, this workshop has something for you.
