In the light of current health advice and safety measures being implemented by King’s, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the creative photo-walk we had planned as part of Make Do Play for the 26th March. We’re sorry not to be able to run this session at this time, however the health and safety of staff and students is our highest priority. We hope to be able to reschedule the event at a later date.
In the meantime if you still want to Make Do and Play our weekly creative prompts will still be going out every Monday. Sign up here to receive creative challenges straight into your email.
Take time out to slow down and see things differently with photographer Bella Okuya. This fun and exciting workshop, which involves a photo-walk in and around campus, will teach you how to use photography to connect with and see your environment anew. We will then experiment with different ways to tell the story of your photos using creative writing techniques. You'll be guided throughout the workshop to be curious and learn skills that will help you to be creatively present everyday.
No prior experience is necessary and it's possible to use mobile phones or digital cameras during the workshop.
** Please note this event is exclusively for staff and students of King’s College London **
Make Do Play is produced by the university's Culture team for the King's Cultural Community. This session is delivered by photographer Bella Okuya.
