This workshop aims to build skills to help us become aware of how to operate well both professionally and personally. Using our bodies and becoming more embodied can help us to expand our awareness of how we relate to ourselves and others. This awareness can support us in our personal and professional life. The workshop will explore exercises and movements from Contact Improvisation. Through physical inquiry, including partner work, we will work non-verbally with themes around leadership, trust and listening. The workshop will help us to connect to our bodies, the space around us and to an improvisational and creative mindset.

Facilitator: Mark Rietema, Psychotherapist (UKCP) and Somatic Movement Therapist.
