Join us for a cup of tea and a friendly chat as we discuss how community-based initiatives, such as friendship benches and the work of ThinkMental (King’s College London's student-led mental health society), are addressing the current mental health crisis. How can we ensure that anyone experiencing anxiety, no matter who they are or how badly they’re struggling, gets the support they need?

Free, booking required.

This event is part of ON EDGE: Living in an Age of Anxiety, a free exhibition and events programme  exploring the causes of and responses to anxiety in contemporary society through art, design, psychology and neuroscience.

If you have been affected by anxiety, you can find a list of organisations that provide support here.
