The newly launched Leverhulme Centre for Research on Slavery in War (CRSW) will be hosting an Open House on 6 November on King’s College London’s Strand Campus. This will be an opportunity to meet the CRSW team, learn more about their innovative research, and discuss pathways for collaboration across King’s.
The Leverhulme Centre for Research on Slavery in War is the world’s first major initiative dedicated to exploring the deep and unexplored connections between slavery and war. By bringing together leading researchers and practitioners, CRSW will establish a new field of study, transform global understanding, and drive meaningful real-world change. In partnership with colleagues across all of King’s faculties, CRSW aims to help eliminate one of humanity’s most ancient, pervasive and persistent injustices.
This event is open to all in the King’s community. Please join us as we introduce the Centre and look ahead to the next ten years of collaboration and impact!
Drinks and canapés will be served. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.
