psychART: Create and Connect

This event is free but booking is essential.                                  

An interactive workshop aimed at mental health professionals. We will be using various creative mediums to explore the role non-verbal feedback can play in understanding patient encounters and the impact our sensory environment can have on our emotions and interactions with others.

The workshop will also explore the role creative expression has to play in the cathartic process and the benefit this can have on mental wellbeing of professionals.
