It doesn't matter if you are just getting into running or are an experienced runner, we're here to keep you motivated and having fun!

Help address women's safety and harassment in running by coming together and lighting up the streets of London.

You can drop bags and try out the latest adidas shoes. Expert adidas coaches will lead you through a warm up at the lawn opposite St Mary le Strand, WC2R 1EP before heading out on a social paced A to B run finishing at the Waterloo Wellness centre for refreshments and activities to get stuck into.

This session is open to all genders and will focus on raising awareness and discussing issues faced by females and how male allyship can make running safer for all.
