Learning Disability Services Series

ldss-15JUN17-1200
Past speakers have included Rachael Clawson (left) and Rachel Fyson, here with series chair Martin Stevens at a meeting of the LDSS, 15 June 2017, in the Franklin-Wilkins Building. Meetings are now online only.

This series of CPD certified webinars explore different aspects of working with people with learning disabilities. The webinars feature speakers involved in current research in this area, and provide insights into research messages, with a practice focus, with time for discussion and debate.

Dr Martin Stevens, Senior Research Fellow at the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce at King's chairs the series, which began in January 2014. These webinars are open to all and free to attend (though Making Research Count members enjoy priority).

This series is organised by the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce at King's College London and Making Research Count.

See below for upcoming and past meetings. More meetings are in preparation.
