We all experience anxiety to a greater or lesser extent at some point in our lives.

Drawing on research from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, ON EDGE aims to open conversation around the causes of and responses to anxiety today through art, design, psychology and neuroscience.

The exhibition examines anxiety from different perspectives and lived experience. It explores tools for living with anxiety and includes quiet areas, a space for collective reflection and discussion, as well as opportunities to take action.

A series of free events will accompany the ON EDGE exhibition including a Friday Late, performances, workshops and more.
