This Girl Can week is back 21 - 25 November! 

King's Sport & Wellness's This Girl Can week brings you a week of activities to celebrate women in sport.

From self-defence to yoga, this as a chance to try something new, or just get involved with an activity you love!

This Girl Can events are completely free and open to King's students. 

King's Move
