The Women in Science at Informatics (WiS@Informatics) seminar series features leading women scientists from all over the world speaking about their cutting-edge research. These seminars are hosted by the Department of Informatics, and are open to everyone across the college.

The Department of Informatics has been working to challenge the inequities faced by women in their academic careers, as part of the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences' Women in Science initiative. The seminar series contributes towards the initiative by celebrating the contributions of women to the field of science.
