The Single Cell Omics Platform at King's College London is organising a Single-Cell Analysis Workshop in collaboration with Nygen, taking place on 28 May 2025, from 10:00 to 12:30.

The workshop is free to attend, but places are limited, so early registration is recommended. Register here.

Learn techniques, applications and interpretation

Course instructor: Parashar Dhapola PhD, Computational Genomics, Co-founder & Lead Bioinformatician - Nygen

  • Process single-cell RNA-seq data from raw reads to biologically interpretable results
  • Select appropriate analysis methods and tools (Seurat, Bioconductor, Snapy, or Nygen etc.,)
  • Interpret quality control metrics, clustering outputs, and differential expression results
  • Integrate multiple datasets and correct for batch effects
  • Annotate your data confidently to uncover meaningful biological insights

Part II: Bring your own Data (BYOD) allows you to analyse your own data while receiving customised feedback and troubleshooting assistance. Participants are encouraged to upload their datasets to the analytics workbench before this session.
