Student Arts Showcase: Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy - 26 September 2019

Please note that this event has passed.

This student-curated exhibition of photography, illustration, poetry, music and installations is an opportunity to celebrate our students in the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy. The fusion of diverse backgrounds, experiences, cultures and traditions in this collection offer a glimpse into the ever changing world we are currently living in. At the same time they show a unique sense of belonging in today’s dynamic human society.

We are immensely proud of our creative, intelligent and passionate students, who are the next generation of culture shapers. Please join us for an evening of art and poetry reading open to students and the public.

Curator, Matilde, was determined that students could have the possibility to express their research and personal interests through all forms of art and creativity.

With global problems generally being presented through fixed written forms in the academic world, expressing one’s opinion through the arts allows society to view these from a different viewpoint – Matilde Boccanera, School of Education, Communication & Society.
