Looking for a physical and mental break from exam season? Maybe some fresh air in peaceful surroundings? Join us on a guided labyrinth walk in the beautiful garden of St John’s Church!

Walking a labyrinth can be a great way to find some peace and calm for reflection and to de-stress mind and body. Walking a labyrinth can be a great way help us to let go of burdens as well as to find answers to questions. Find out more about labyrinths from the labyrinth society’s webpage:

We will be meeting at the Chaplaincy and walk over to the labyrinth as a group. We can then do a guided meditation of the labyrinth together before returning to Waterloo Chaplaincy for our usual Tuesday lunch.
