Meeting Point: Waterloo Chaplaincy, FWB 1.1

If you feel like you need some quiet time to unwind and let you mind rest, a quiet reflective outdoor labyrinth walk in the beautiful garden of St John’s Church might appeal?

Walking a labyrinth can be a great way to find some peace and calm for reflection and to de-stress mind and body, and can also be a great way help us to let go of burdens as well as to find answers to questions. Find out more about labyrinths from the labyrinth society’s webpage: https://labyrinthsociety.org/about-labyrinths

We will be meeting at the Chaplaincy and walk over to the labyrinth as a group. We can then do a guided meditation of the labyrinth together following our International Lunch.
