This first talk of the 'Disability, Higher Education, and the Cultural Sector: Interdisciplinary Talks' series will be given by Joe Rizzo Naudi, writer, facilitator and curator from London.
Joe will present recent inclusion interventions at four London art exhibitions and discuss the potential of collaborative artwork description in combination with fiction writing technique, with reference to an AHRC-funded, practice-based PhD project he will begin at Royal Holloway in October 2024.
Speaker's bio
Joe is a writer, facilitator and curator from London. He has an MA in Creative Writing from Goldsmiths College. In 2022 he received an Arts Council England grant and a London Writers Award for fiction projects. He is currently interested in how blindness can spur creativity.
