William & Mary, the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, and King’s College London invite you to attend an open public discussion in Tallinn, Estonia on the 27 April, 2020.

In 2016, NATO recognised cyberspace as a domain of military operations and made a Cyber Defence Pledge to enhance cyber defences and resiliency against cyber-attacks.Every day, NATO and individual Allies are targeted with cyber-attacks launched by state and non-state actors. The cyber threat landscape has become increasingly complex, obscure, and unpredictable, and defending against these attacks is not possible without better whole-of-society cooperation across all stakeholders from international organisations, governments, industry, to academy and individuals.
