Please join us for the second instalment of our interactive panel series, The Women of War Studies, featuring three distinguished women faculty members from King's College London's Departments of War Studies and Defence Studies.

During the event, Dr Aggie Hirst, Dr Kiran Phull and Dr. Saawani Raje-Byrne will be speaking about their experiences working in their respective fields and their career paths, and will be sharing invaluable expertise and advice with us.

Dr Aggie Hirst is a Lecturer in International Relations Theory and Methods in the Department of War Studies, and is Principal Investigator on a Leverhulme Trust and British Academy funded research project exploring the US military’s use of wargames and simulations for teaching/training purposes. Dr Kiran Phull is a lecturer in International Relations in the Department of War Studies, and is researching in the areas of public opinion, knowledge production & epistemology. Dr Sawaani Raje-Byrne is a lecturer in the Defence Studies Department, with expertise in civil-military relations, south Asian security and diplomatic history.

This event will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, and after the moderated panel it will be opened up for audience questions. This event is open to all.
