Please join the Centre of Construction Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law for this one day conference discussing the issues faced by transnational construction arbitrators in the current climate. The topics to be discussed include:

  • Good faith, collaborative contracting and beyond: The role of arbitration & ADR in shaping alternative approaches to contracting
  • Contracting with the Government in the 21st century: Investment Arbitration, Investment Planning and State Immunity
