Under Capricorn + 70

This two day symposium celebrates 70 years since the release of Alfred Hitchcock’s Under Capricorn (1949) with a range of papers about the film presented by experts in the field, including Laura Mulvey, Charles Barr, Richard Allen, Catherine Grant and Ed Gallafent. A rare screening of a 35mm print of the film will take place on the evening of 5 September.
