Taking place in-person, Friday 30th June - Sunday 2nd July 2023, the 3-day retreat is open to all King's students, staff and alumni who identify as women. If you're looking to meet other entrepreneurs, launch your business idea or scale your venture, apply to be part of this unique event.

Hosted by King's Entrepreneurship Institute and the Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN), the agenda features expert guest speakers covering:

  • Creative sessions focusing on your values
  • Sustainable Disruption
  • Community building and customer engagement
  • Navigating tech from a non-tech background
  • Networking
  • Practical IP and legal Q&A
  • Marketing and branding masterclass
  • Pitching to compel

Applications are now open via the application form. Deadline for applications is Thursday 22nd June 2023, 23:59 BST.

Whatever your venture goals, the WEN retreat is a unique space, designed to give you the tools and skills you need to make your idea a reality, whilst connecting with a community of like-minded, innovative change-makers.

Ideas and ventures can be from any sector. The retreat is aimed at women who have a strong understanding of a problem or challenge and have developed a potential marketable solution they want to pursue. If you have launched or are about to launch your business (minimum viable product - MVP stage is ok too!), we want to hear from you!

We also welcome non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that will discuss women focused experiences.

Please only book if you are certain you can attend - we would hate for other people to miss out on the opportunity if you are ultimately unable to make it. Please do cancel your booking if you can't make it. For any questions, please contact Jessica Horwill
