Reimagining Research through Art is a series of three workshops designed to offer insights, tools, resources and knowledge on the benefit to researchers from all fields and disciplines across King’s, of working with artists, and engaging with art.

Learn more about how creative collaborations with artists can enhance your research perspectives, from developing new approaches to research enquiry, to innovative ways of engaging with the public and producing impact.

This new series of workshops, presented by King’s Culture in partnership with Arts Cabinet – an organisation specialised in fostering collaborations between artists and researchers –- will help researchers understand where there are opportunities to work with artists and appreciate the ways these collaborations can be transformational experiences.

The workshops are aimed at researchers at any career stage (including PhD candidates) with little or no experience of collaborating with artists/creative practitioners, curious to explore the potential of such collaborations for their research.

Artists, creative practitioners, and King’s researchers who have worked with artists will present their work and offer tools and resources for establishing collaborations with artists across media.

This event is open to all researchers across King’s. Participants are invited to attend all 3 workshops, or choose the sessions that are of most interest to them. Further details of each session will be available in the coming weeks.
