The projects teams span King’s departments and disciplines, with students, researchers, professional services staff and alumni working with community partners, businesses, networks and charities to drive impact. In 2022, a University-wide consultation set out to understand how our King’s communities can work together to achieve even greater societal benefit. We took the opportunity to think about what challenges King’s is uniquely placed to tackle. Over 500 people from across and beyond King’s fed into shaping the five impact priorities that focus our expertise where can make distinct contributions to global issues. From this, we have developed an overarching approach which works across communities, disciplines and University boundaries to enhance the impact we make. We called the programme One King’s Impact to reflect our ambition to unite communities and strengthen our impact-driven approach. Find out more about King's strategic approach.
