About the role:

The Resourcing, Compliance and Performance team is tasked with ensuring the efficient delivery of the Management and Service Support functions for the Cleaning and Security Services Department (CSS).

The role of Scheduling Administrator Supervisor is new to the team and is varied and challenging, with the postholder being required to adopt a roster pattern to fully support the 24/7 service.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide day-to-day support to line management and the scheduling team who act as a key point of contact for CSS employees, responding to their queries and recording attendance. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities, ensuring queries, general tasks and reporting tools are used to their fullest whilst also providing feedback to better the service flow where possible.

This is a full time post, and you will be offered an indefinite contract 

About you:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

1.      Previous Experience working within the Resource team. 

2.      Excellent organizational Skills – own workload and that of others and working to deadline

3.      Ability to develop, produce reports and maintain effective administrative systems

4.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer- focused Ability to work collaboratively whilst supervisor others and build effective relationships with internal and external colleagues and service users

5.      Ability to produce written documentation clearly and concisely

6.      Previous experience of supervising a team or function

7.      Experience of using Timegate systems

8.      Experience of coordinating with multiple work areas

9.      Experience of working independently and making independent decisions

10.  Experience of creating and maintaining reports

Desirable criteria

1.  Fluent in Spanish

2.  Expert user of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases

3.  Experience of working within a 24/7 operational environment.

4.  Problem solver -an interest in making things work well

5.  Willing to work a variety of shift patterns, including, night and weekends.
