About the role:

The Senior Global Partnerships Manager develops productive, long-term relationships with organisations. The post-holder will cultivate and manage a portfolio of partnerships that deliver demonstrable impact for the School’s students, academics and our brand.

With a particular focus on supporting experiential learning activities at the School, the role will bring the School’s ambition of ‘London as a Classroom’ to life through collaborations with organisations of all shapes and sizes in the local London ecosystem. This is a key element of the School’s five year strategy, and will support both External Engagement and Education objectives.

The role will work primarily with London-based organisations, and with key internal stakeholders in the education, careers and academic teams to deliver high impact experiential learning opportunities to the School. It will operate within the School’s External Engagement function and will be a member of the School’s External Relations Committee.

This is a full time post, and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 31st January 2027

About you:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

1.       Demonstrable track record of securing productive alliances with organisations and businesses; preferably including experience of delivering experiential learning.

2.       Significant experience in developing effective relationships with all levels of seniority internally and externally.

3.       Experience in managing all stages in the life-cycle of partnership cultivation from engagement and ideation to contracting and operational delivery.

4.       Comprehensive and accomplished communication skills: whether meeting prospects for the first time or developing detailed and compelling proposals for partnership.

5.       Knowledge and awareness of the trends, forces and policies impacting businesses (from start-up to blue chip) in London, the UK and internationally.

6.       Either an existing network, or the ability to quickly build a network, of professional connections and contacts and the ability to leverage these to create opportunities for KBS.

7.       An approach driven by entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to bring people along with you in delivering high calibre outcomes.

Desirable criteria

1.      Understanding / experience of the global business school market and HE landscape.
