Discussing homelessness, self-neglect and safeguarding with social work students

Jess Harris presented and discussed emerging findings from the Unit’s ‘Adult safeguarding, homelessness and self-neglect study’ study with MSc students at Brunel University London today, as an invited guest lecturer on their social work qualifying course. Questions and comments from participants brought useful reflections from students’ experience within practice placements across social care settings. The next webinar on this study is open to all and will present findings from the lived experience study interviews on 25.4.23.
