Dr Isabelle Miletich wins a Supervisory Excellence Award

The Lecturer in Stem Cell Biology is awarded a Supervisory Excellence Award for her work with PhD candidates.

Congratulations to Dr Isabelle Miletich, Lecturer in Stem Cell Biology who is the recipient of the 2020 Supervisory Excellence Award for the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences. 

The Supervisory Excellence Awards are given by King’s College London, Centre for Doctoral Studies. During the process, Postgraduate Research Students, Heads of Departments and Faculty Deans are invited to nominate a supervisor for their outstanding work in PhD supervision.

Dr Miletich will receive a £1,000 research grant in recognition of her exceptional work and will be presented with the award at a graduation ceremony in January 2021.

It is so inspiring to get this award. It motivates me to continue delivering the best support and supervision to our students.

Many congratulations. Dr Miletich's hard work and selfless approach to mentoring her students whilst expanding her teaching responsibilities at both PGR and BDS levels has clearly paid off and I'm delighted that she is being recognised for this.
