Executive Director, Global Student Recruitment & Admissions appointed
Adrian Thomas has been appointed as the Executive Director, Global Student Recruitment & Admissions at King’s from 10 February 2026.

Adrian brings to King’s a wealth of experience in Home and International student recruitment, and has been leading student marketing, recruitment, admissions and widening participation teams in the public and private sector for over 15 years. Most recently as Director of Recruitment and Admissions at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Adrian joined LSE in January 2023, where he led on the development and implementation of a new student recruitment strategy that delivered consistent growth in Home and International recruitment whilst also diversifying the student body. He also oversaw a change programme that included the establishment of new Student Marketing and Market Research & Intelligence teams, as well as the development of a new scholarships strategy.
Prior to this, Adrian was Director of Global Recruitment at Oxford Brookes University, a role he held from September 2018 until his move to LSE. Before that, he was the General Manager, Marketing and Recruitment at Navitas Europe.
