Executive Director, Transformation appointed

Simon Lancaster has been appointed to the role of Executive Director, Transformation at King’s from 26 January 2026.

Simon will be joining King’s from Nous Group, an international management consulting firm, with deep expertise in Higher Education. Simon brings to King’s over 20 years experience at Nous, establishing their UK office in 2015 and most recently leading their UK Higher Education practice.

In his consulting career, Simon has specialised in Higher Education and has led the definition and execution of strategic change at many universities in the UK and overseas including a variety of assignments at King’s.
