New postgraduate course will bring together economics and policy-making
A new MSc course launching at King’s combines first-class training in economics with unique insights into policy-making.
Based within the Department of Political Economy, the Economics and Policy MSc programme will offer strong disciplinary and methods training in economics with a focus on applying key methodological tools in the analysis of economic policy.
The programme aspires to train professional economists who will embark on careers in both private and government sectors as well as international organisations that are responsible for designing and implementing economic policy.
The programme will welcome its first students in September and applications for full and part-time places are now open. Teaching will take place across the Strand and Waterloo campuses.
The first deadline for applications is Friday, 25 March. To find out more about the course, including entry requirements and procedure, visit the programme page here.
